"Because our dash cam does not contain a built-in battery, it only has a super capacitor and 1mAh Lithium Metal (only used to save time). Due to the long transportation process, the battery may run out and cannot be turned on. When you encounter this situation, you just need to keep the power on, and then reset it, it can be turned on and work normally. If it still can not work normally,please contact us and we will provide free replacement for one day and lifetime technical support."
Does recording start as soon as you plug it in?
The dash cam automatically start recording when car is started.
How to choose a memory card and how to use the memory card for the first time?
You can insert the card into the dash cam and format the SD card on the dash cam. Class 10, U3 Speed Micro-SD Card for 4K Video is required.We recommend SAMSUNG Class 10, U3 Speed Micro-SD Card.
Do I need to delete files manually?
Our machines have a loop recording function, you do not need to be removed manually. But we recommend that you save important videos on your computer or mobile phone to avoid disappearing after formatting.
Error/Message "Card Full"
Format Micro SD card by going into system setting > formats > OK > Select Yes > OK. (Make sure to back up your videos before formatting if you need them) Then Go to Video Mode settings > Split Record Mode > Choose either 1-min, 3-min, 5-min. This will allow loop cycle function to be turned ON and it will keep recording over and over. See user manual for more details.
Effective distance of WIFI use
Because this device is connected to the mobile phone through the recorder’s WiFi, if your mobile phone is more than 10ft away from the recorder, the signal will be weakened until it is disconnected. If the recorder is disconnected from the power supply, the link will also be interrupted. The main function of this APP is to watch real-time recording and playback.
Does the rear camera work when the parking monitor mode is set?
After installation of dedicated hardwire kit and connected, you can set the parking monitoring functions. Then turn on the G-Sensor and install the rear camera at the same time, after feel the collision, the front and rear cameras will be activated.
The camera gets hot?
Because our dash cam does not contain a built-in battery, it is normal to get hot during operation, and it will not affect the use of the machine.
Does the recorded video have sound?
Yes, it can record with audio. You just need to open the menu and make sure that the audio option is turned on.
