F7N Series FAQ
It is first pasted on the windshield of the car, and then the bracket of the dash cam is pasted on the electrostatic sticker. Prevent the bracket from being directly attached to the glass and it is not easy to clean. Here is how to use it: 1. Wipe the place where you want to paste (front windshield) with a semi-dry cloth. It is recommended to use a glasses cloth because there will be no floating dust. 2. Apply a little detergent and water dilution on the glass to be attached. Then peel off the electrostatic sticker from the cellophane, transfer it to the place you want to stick it. 3. Find a card and slowly push it from top to bottom to push out the water inside. 4. Use a absorbent paper towel to suck it off the side so that there are no bubbles in it. In addition, the electrostatic stickers can be reused.
Is the 3M glue holder easy to remove?
The package includes electrostatic stickers. The electrostatic sticker can be attached to the front windshield first, then attach the GPS bracket to the electrostatic sticker, so that you can remove it very easily without worrying about the sticking part.
How to download the app?
Scan the QR code on the dash cam to download or search and download on the Apple store or Google store.
How to download recorded video in APP?
Download steps: Open the APP, click to connect the driving recorder, click the photo button, and then download the video. After downloading, you can watch the video in your local album. PS: GPS route videos must be downloaded to the local album to watch.When there is a problem with the download, you can restart your phone and dash cam and try again.
How to connect to WiFi?>
- Turn on the WiFi of the machine. The WiFi SSID and password will appear on the screen. Here is a little trick to turn WiFi on and off: long press the up button for three seconds to turn on and off WiFi.
- Open the WiFi settings of the phone, find the WiFi of F7N and enter the password to connect. At this time, disconnect your wireless carrier's traffic. After you change the password, you need to forget the F7N password in your phone, restart the dash cam, and then reconnect.

After changing the password, you need to restart the recorder, and then use the network settings of the mobile phone to ignore the network of the recorder, and then reconnect.
After connecting to WiFi, it shows no network.
Because the main function of F7N's WiFi is to play back video, it does not have the function of surfing the Internet, which means that after the WiFi is connected, it will show that there is no network. But the APP can be used normally.

The effective distance of WiFi is only 3-5 meters, and it cannot be connected beyond this distance. If you still can't connect:
- Forget the WiFi network, restart the machine and mobile phone, and reconnect.
- Turn off mobile security software and VPN.
How to install thehardwire kit to use the parking monitor mode normally?
- Connect wires as described above: The yellow wire is connected to the constant fuse slot (there is always a voltage of about 12V after the flame is turned off) The red wire is connected to the ignition wire (the starting voltage is 12V, and the voltage is 0 after the flame is turned off). Does the package contain the hardwire kit?

Can other hardwire kit be used?
The dedicated hardwire kit is needed for redtiger dash cam, other hardwire kits are not applicable. You can contact us to get the F7N dedicated hardwire kit(ASIN:B092Z6GN96).
Can I use a power bank to power the recorder?
If you can ensure that the external power supply is 2.5 amps, you can use the power bank. But the power bank cannot support the dash cam to work all the time, and it needs at least 2000MA of electricity per hour. What's more, if power bank works in high temperature for long time,it is prone to fire. Therefore, we do not recommend using a power bank to provide power to the dash cam for a long time.
GPS no signal
- In the basement or in the alley between tall buildings, the GPS signal is weak. It is recommended that you try it in a spacious place.
- If you are in a spacious place, you can observe whether the GPS logo on the machine screen is green and whether GPSinfo is displayed. If it is not green, please contact us to replace the GPS bracket for you.
How to Play Back Videos on Your Computer?
Turn off the dash cam first, remove the memory card from the machine, insert the memory card into a dedicated card reader (because most PCs don't have an SD card slot, you need a dedicated card reader) and insert it into the PC. The PC will show that there are two files in the U disk (the folder CARDV (there is also a file RO in this folder, which is the locked video), the text GPSPlayer), open the text file of GPSPlayer, and there is a download link of the player in it.
G-sensor problem, adjust the sensitivity to high, but still can't trigger the recorder when shooting the car by hand.
The G sensor detects the movement of the car body by measuring in the three axes of X (front and back), Y (left and right), and Z (up and down). This is designed based on the force principle of a car in an accident or being hit. There is a high possibility that it will not be activated by shook the car (in one direction). You should be able to detect it by shaking the dash cam by hand. Please give it a try. If the G sensor is too sensitive, it will react even if you drive on a slightly bumpy.
